Sacred Energy: Reclaim Your Power

I don't have regret in my life but one area I do is the lack of self control and will power to sustain my power. I am talking about ways that I indulged in alcohol, porn, food, and caffeine to escape knowing my true potential. Every time I acted on self-pleasure I threw my own power of authentic energy down the drain. I gave myself to another energy and what I thought it offered me, even if it was temporary.

There are many ways we give our energy away every day. Some times it goes unnoticed. Then one day you realize you have been agreeing on something you never truly believed in. The action was mostly a coping mechanism to avoid discomfort.

When we give our power away so freely to “enjoy” what we think it offers, is it really worth it? We think it’s what we need, and we stay in this same thought pattern until we decide to break free. We must ask ourselves: Is this a pattern robbing me of energy? The energy we leak into distractions could instead be cultivated for creation, healing, and deeper connection with our soul.

I forgive myself for the ways I held onto old patterns. At the time, I may have not had the complete resources to remove the energetic interferences. However, I know that with awareness I can make the changes if I choose to. When I still act in ways that don’t serve me , even in secrecy, I live arrogantly.  Self-betrayal is an illusion of comfort, but true peace comes from discipline and devotion to my higher path.

Our energy is sacred. It is the source of our power, our ability to manifest, and our connection to the divine. When we reclaim it, we step into the fullness of who we are meant to be. The process requires patience, but every step taken is a step closer to wholeness. I choose to walk this path with intention, knowing that my power is not something to be tampered with but something to be honored.

We get to choose how we want to sustain our natural frequency. Taking anything to alter our energy is overall taxing on the body’s systems because the body will always work to return homeostasis - harmony within. Our mind is craving an old familiar pattern even if it doesn’t support the body. We must go to the root of these drives using energy alignment, hypnosis, or breathwork.

Energy alignment/ healing helps to clear stagnant or disruptive frequencies, allowing us to recalibrate and restore balance. We are energy beings and if we recognize where our energy is off, we can do the work to realign where it’s needed.

Hypnosis is a deepened meditation where we can go beyond the conscious thinking mind. The practice works by rewiring subconscious patterns, helping us shift away from destructive behaviors and create new empowering habits.

Breathwork is more than conscious breathing, it is another tool to access the subconscious mind. This practice anchors us into the present moment, releasing stored tension, and helping us move through patterns by fostering clarity and emotional release.

I used all of these practices to tackle my stubborn mind and discover underlying sources of energy leaks, restoring access to authentic energy. By reestablishing connection between mind and body, I learned to discern how to sustain my energy. These practices remain available to me as I continue navigating the terrain of life.

We can restore the inner resources to combat destructive behaviors and habits. It begins with the choice to be honest with ourselves, to acknowledge our weaknesses without shame, and to cultivate practices that reinforce our personal power.

Meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, energy healing, mindful nourishment, and many other holistic ways all play a role in bringing back vitality. Seeking guidance, community, or spiritual connection can also offer the necessary support to step out of disempowered habits.

If you’re ready to reclaim your energy and step into your full power, know that you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to support you on this journey—reach out when you’re ready.
